We value your time and appreciate your cooperation. Please read our policy carefully before booking. ​1. Deposits & Payments ​A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your total service fee on the day of your visit. ​Deposits are valid for 30 days from the date of payment. If the service is not performed within this month, the deposit will be forfeited. ​2. Rescheduling & Cancellations ​You may reschedule once using the same deposit, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice. ​Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required for any future bookings. ​3. Lateness & No-Shows ​Client Lateness: We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled as a 'No-Show' to protect the schedule of other clients. Your deposit will be forfeited. ​Service Provider Lateness: In the rare event that we are running behind schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible. While we strive for punctuality, a delay on our end does not entitle the client to monetary compensation, travel reimbursements, or discounts. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every client receives 100% of our artistic attention. ​4. Individual Bookings ​Appointments are non-transferable. Each person must book separately with their own deposit. Group bookings or combined deposits are not permitted. ​5. Right of Refusal ​To maintain a professional and creative environment, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays hostile, disrespectful, or demanding behavior. In such cases, the appointment will be terminated immediately.
